Our group training package is great if you want to get a little extra from your workout, need some motivation, want to learn new activities, or if you're a beginner and feel a bit nervous about doing a one on one session with a personal trainer. These sessions typically have around 2-5 people, giving you an opportunity to meet other fitness enthusiasts with goals similar to yours, or you can arrange a group with friends or colleagues who share your goals.
